What countries do you ship to?

We are pleased to announce that we ship to practically every country in the world and that most things in our store come with free shipping. Unfortunately, our couriers are unable to reach some of the most remote islands.

Which types of payment are accepted?

We presently take Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, and American Express as major credit/debit cards. 

How long will it take for the package to arrive?

Some countries are faster than others. It depends on the location and how far you are from our logistic partners. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your order for shipping.

Do you have a store where I can see the things and feel them?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at this time. But I can assure you that our NeedyPlush items are made with great care and attention to detail.

What should I do if my goods arrives damaged?

Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will look into issuing a refund or replacement.

How do you handle cancellations?

Please notify us if you find yourself in a scenario where you need to cancel an order. Please contact us right away. Cancellation of orders that have already been processed is not possible.

How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the link to update and show any information. The tracking links may not update but the package is on its way as it has left the warehouse.
